Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you wish to change details (such as shipping address), please check your account settings immediately.
We cannot guarantee modifications, but we will do our best to assist on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide 🌍.
Shipping is free on all orders over €60.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days within Europe and may take longer for international orders.
Risk of Loss or Damage
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your tracking number shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
For customers in the European Economic Area or the UK, the risk passes once you or a third party designated by you physically receives the order.
For customers in Germany, the risk passes once the shipment crosses the German border (Moment of Risk Transfer). We remain fully responsible for any verifiable loss or damage that occurs before this moment.
Lost Shipments
If your order appears lost in transit (according to the carrier’s tracking information), you may submit a written claim for a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
P.O. Boxes
Please note that delivery to P.O. boxes is not guaranteed.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost, as customs policies vary from country to country.
If customs clearance procedures are required, they may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Pet Treasures Studio is not responsible for any additional charges or delays due to customs.
