Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items

We accept claims for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your package is lost in transit, please submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except if the error is on our side.

If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, the replacement costs will be covered by us at no additional charge.

👉 To report an issue, please contact us first using our contact form or email with your order number and clear photos of the affected product(s).


Wrong Address

If you or your end customer provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production facility. In such cases, you will be responsible for reshipping costs once we have an updated and correct address confirmed.


Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to yourself or your end customer, if applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

Digital download products or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation or return.


Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse.


Personalized Products

According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, items that are made to order, customized, or clearly personalized are not eligible for cancellation or return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or proven errors.
