We collaborate with trusted printing partners in Europe and worldwide. They use high-quality techniques to ensure vibrant colors, durability, and comfort in every product.

Are the products exclusive to Pet Treasures Studio?
Yes! All designs are exclusive and you won’t find them anywhere else.

How do you ensure quality?
We deeply care about the quality of our products. That’s why we carefully select materials and adapt each design to the specific item, ensuring harmony between art and product.

Orders & Shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over €60.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How long does production and shipping take?
Most products are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times vary by country.

Will I have to pay customs duties?
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost, as customs policies vary from country to country.
If customs clearance procedures are required, they may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is in perfect condition.
